Hi everyone, I'm Yue DUAN from SJTU-BioX-Shanghai:) Really happy I got this chance to participate in iGEM and have great fun conducting project with my brilliant teammates!!!!

We've done lots of work and I believe we deserve good resultsXD

All the experiments and tests we did together in the Bio-X Center, all the plates, LB medium, plasmid extraction, recycling, copetent cell, even phages(...), all the takeaway food, juice bottles, coins, books, SGS online, your vivid faces, and all the chats and laughs we had, will last in my mind.

I like travelling, singing and playing boardgame. And I always have passion for food, both cooking and tasting=。=. Since iGEM took most of my time in the past few months, I plan to relax myself through a trip to south China. I like sun:)

I chose biotech as major as I have passion for biology and I'm determined to make some real application. Now in my senior year, I'm considering applying for a Master/Ph.D degree in food science, hoping to make some breakthrough in the field of food microbiology.
